INOV INSTITUTO DE ENGENHARIA DE SISTEMAS E COMPUTADORES INOVAÇÃO (INOV) plays a central role in the technical design and implementation of MARCONNECT, focusing on system requirements, architecture definition, and integration of the platform components. INOV leads the translation of operational needs and use cases into concrete technical specifications and ensures interoperability between the different subsystems and data sources. Through its technical coordination role, INOV supports the development, testing, and validation of the MARCONNECT solution to ensure it meets operational, performance, and scalability requirements.
BRANDENBURGISCHES INSTITUT FUR GESELLSCHAFT UND SICHERHEIT GGMBH (BIGS) leads the business, sustainability, and exploitation strategy for MARCONNECT, ensuring the project's results are viable beyond the project's lifetime. BIGS is responsible for developing and refining the business model, analysing market opportunities, and defining pathways for uptake, scaling, and commercialisation. In close collaboration with the technical and dissemination partners, BIGS drives exploitation planning and supports the transition of MARCONNECT from a research project to a sustainable and adoptable solution.

IANUS is responsible for ensuring that MARCONNECT is visible, coherent, and impactful beyond the technical work. As the leader of the dissemination, communication, and exploitation work packages, IANUS designs and manages the project’s communication strategy, visual identity, website, social media, and outreach materials, and coordinates all related partner contributions. In parallel, IANUS leads liaison activities with European bodies such as Frontex and EMSA and drives stakeholder engagement across the project, supporting uptake, alignment with EU priorities, and long-term sustainability of the project results.
