We’re glad to share that the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the MARCONNECT project took place in Lisbon, hosted by our partner INOV, bringing together the full consortium for two days of productive collaboration.
Day 1 – Joint Workshop: A dedicated workshop brought together Law Enforcement Agencies and technical/vessel manufacturing partners for an open exchange on sensor technologies and concept solutions to advance MARCONNECT’s goals. The session highlighted how different operational contexts call for distinct technical approaches and sparked lively discussions on how to bridge end-user needs with cutting-edge maritime situational awareness technology.
Day 2 – Progress Across the Project: Day two was dedicated to presentations from all active Work Packages and tasks, showcasing the strong progress achieved so far and outlining the next steps for the project.
